We have an overarching philosophy called ‘From Sea to Shelf’, which governs every stage of our production and supply chain and is designed to ensure that our fish will always be as fresh and nutritious as it can be. However, over-fishing can threaten marine populations, so we also make sure that our sourcing methods are amongst the most sustainable in the industry. We respect the ocean and understand the delicate balance that needs to be maintained.
